不一定的，有一些学校确实发没奖的ad
或者是我理解错了，应该解读成“如果有能有funding的话，在给ad的时候就应该给了”？
不管怎么样，发邮件问一下学校或许更有帮助

Actually, I prefer GWU since there is a class of trade economists but I can only decide after they release the funding decision - they claim that the funding results will be released in mid-March and April (i.e. 2 rounds). 匿名者 发表于 2022-03-16 10:38

I think so. It's April 15~ 我是先收到ad 然后dgs邮件告知有funding 最后来了正式pdf letter
