The system research group in the CSE division of Louisiana State University is recruiting 2 Ph.D. students for Spring 2023. The main research focus of the group is data storage and processing, databases, distributed systems, and emerging system platforms, such as data centers, cloud systems, mobile and edge systems, etc. Knowledge about data storage, databases, operating systems, architecture, cloud computing, flash/NVM, key-value stores, GPU, and other related areas will be welcome, but not required.
