issue的两道都是高频题，第一道写过，所以毫不犹豫就选了它
btw感觉高频题还是很准的，
根据6G的部分统计结果，两道issue题目中出现一道是6G频数>=10的题目的概率超过90%

argument的那道也不是很难的题目

ISSUE:
177. "The study of an academic discipline alters the way we perceive the world. After studying the discipline, we see the same world as before, but with different eyes."

185. "Scandals—whether in politics, academia, or other areas—can be useful. They focus our attention on problems in ways that no speaker or reformer ever could."

ARGUMENT:
228.The following appeared in a newsletter from a political organization.



"In order to promote economic growth in the city, city residents should vote 'yes' on the state government's proposal to build a new expressway linking the outlying suburbs directly to the city center. 一道是issue 7  camera vedio比written records 更重要。
一道是 对一个领域的评价只能够来自于本领域相关的专家。

argu 我写得是城市是否应修一条连接市区和郊区的高速公路
还听别人说另一道： 提拔一个教授作系主任，因为她的课程选的学生多，而且拉的赞助最近两年比其工资高。

今天的issue都是没见过的，写的59，马马虎虎，审题不细，有点牵强
