miraculous是形容词，但是这里有省略部分，本来应该是their grandparents would have found these household applicances are miraculous，大概这个意思吧，中间的these之类就直接省略掉了

would have没啥特别意思~

E 不对，是因为主谓不一致吧。appliances == miracles.  miracle单数不对应。
