校内工作申请-show up的意思？

不知道发这合适不合适哈，有个校内餐馆的申请，网页上问了些问题，有的问类似遇到顾客不满意、不合理要求时，你怎么处理，另个问题是这样的：
What do you think it means to "show up" at work physically and mentally? How have you demonstrated this in the past?*
请问这里SHOW UP是什么意思呢？

你可以去国际学生负责处询问 因为你需要学校处同意 你是可以在校内打工的
