问，不是棕色头发的人中几分之几是红色头发
可推，45%不是棕色头发，20%是红色头发。
所以，20/45=4/9

为什么要用both? multiple of both 2 and 8怎么理解？
答案是B

我是这么理解的……由2和8共同相乘得到的数
所以,2*8,2*8*8
2^0*8,2^2*8,2^3*8,2^4*8,2^5*8,2^6*8
一共八个数，随便选一个，1/8
不知道理解的对不对……

那个月的一号可能是礼拜1、2、3、4、5、6、日。所以第4个礼拜二也有7种可能
1-7号必有一个是礼拜二
加上3个星期21天
那么
第四个星期二可能是22~28号
