标题: Bachelor of Law和Bachelor of Laws的区别所在？ [打印本页]

在填网申材料的时候很疑惑的一点
教育背景，法学方向里面有三个
Bachelor of Law
Bachelor of Laws
还有一个Bachelor of Laws and Letters
这几个之间究竟有什么区别呢……

麻烦各位大人指教！

Bachelor of Law是直譯的寫法。

Bachelor of Laws是歐洲傳統的寫法，是拉丁文Legum Baccalaureus的英文，Legum是Law的複數(Laws)。

Bachelor of Legal Letters是美國開創的叫法，在JD未全面普及以前，部份法學院以此作為本科畢業學位。

以上三者均為LL.B.。

至於Bachelor of Laws and Letters，應該是法學與文學的雙主修學位。

只是BU的写法里是
Bachelor of Law(B.LAW) 以及
Bachelor of Laws(LL.B)
= =~就是说选第二个就好了吗？（第一个缩写没见过。。）

叫「B.Law」那麼奇怪？我也沒見過。

你是「法學士」的話就選第二個吧，與「法學士」對應的是「LL.B.」沒錯。
