我现在正在读研一，想申请香港科大的PhD Fellowship项目，但不太明白自己是否符合要求，给科大发邮件，也没告诉我明确的答案。联系的一个老师建议我申请Mphil项目，有点疑惑，大家帮我看看。PS：MPhil项目的奖学金和Studentship有什么关系呀？

Application Requirements

The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme is open to all students worldwide. Applicants should have:

a recognized bachelor's degree or above;

outstanding academic records and excellent research skills;

a high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English, and

a global outlook and leadership skills.

Each applicant may choose up to two PhD programs in one or two institutions, with priority in their applications. Application should be made through the Online Application System (OAS) of RGC. In the event that the application is successful, awardees should only be allowed to enroll at the institutions which select them in accordance with the priority indicated.

The application for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme is also regarded as a formal application for admission to the relevant PhD program(s) of the institution(s) concerned. Applicants for HKUST PhD programs are therefore required to fully comply with the general admission requirements as set out below:

(i)

Normally have obtained a master's degree from an approved institution, or presented evidence of satisfactory work at the postgraduate level on a full-time basis for at least one year, or on a part-time basis for at least two years; and

(ii)

Satisfied the school and department concerned as to their chosen subject of research, and their fitness to undertake the research.

出了PS的问题以外。。。...................我根本看不出LZ您想问啥。。。。

呵呵，表达问题。我的意思是我现在是研一，而科大的要求是拿到硕士学位，或在研究生阶段学习满一年。但我如果申请明年9月份入学，我也是满一年的学习时间的。所以不太明白是否符合要求 2# QPSK

本科可以直接PhD的啊，没有要求硕士学位

但科大的Fellowship的申请要求中貌似有说，要得到master degree的，或硕士在读一年 4# QPSK
