There is (an) increasing discussion in job area. One of the questions that under debate is whether young people should try different kinds of job before they decide which job or career they will take in the long term. Some people, especially the older generation still stubbornly live under the illusion that we should fix on one job for long term, considering avoiding(用 to avoid 可能好些,虽然considering的用法看起来很高级= =) the risk of unemployment when we jump job may bring out(有点拗口了,brought by jumping job呢?!). However, as for me, I believe that we should try some job before we choose our favorite job to work for a long time.

It must be noted that we could gain various valuable work experience after we try some different kinds of jobs. Although we may take the risk (of) laid-off in a short time, it must be(it must be的用法有点多了） admitted that, young age is our most important capital, and we could bring out excellent performance to win each job we desire to if we work hard and keep consistently studying new knowledge, not to mention that different kinds of jobs with various requirement（更不要说学习各种工作带来的要求？！）. Some of the requirement we could easy pass. For example, if we are business major students, we could choose to be a salesman or manage-assistant, or work in the service department（还要加上这样的工作经验带来何种好处）.

In addition to the obvious benefit-various valuable experience, another major advantage of trying different kinds of jobs, in my opinion, is that we could find out our favorite job after job jump（ing). It is hard to imagine that a young people focusing his or her energy in one job area for a long time which might not interest him or her(从句没了谓语）. Moreover, he or she may be less communicates with（由这个表达么？） others who successfully find their favorite job after trying some different kinds of job, due to their low emotion. What’s worse, he or she may become more solitary; even suffer from certain mental illness. From another aspect, nowadays, employers prefer those who possess different kinds of work experience, since this kind of human resource（要点明人力资源是有尝试各种工作后带来的） may strongly enhance the company's competence.7 T- U3 k- l+ O! l% U

And also we should lay our emphasis to study（on studying) useful knowledge and practical skill from every job we will take.
