已经交材料的姐妹，你们都交结婚证复印件了吗？是不是材料清单上Marriage Certificate就是结婚证啊？一直以来，我还以为是结婚公证呢，好愚昧的说。

还有需要翻译吗？

“XXX和XXX 申请结婚，经审查符合《中华人民共和国婚姻法》关于结婚的规定，准予登记，发给此证。”

这句话怎么翻？？很别扭的说。

还有“吉吉字”，要翻译吗？

结婚公证好像就是把结婚证复印翻译一遍，所以我觉得交公证更好。

我的公正是亲属关系公正，没有结婚证的翻译。

标题就是marriage certificate （Translatition）

（男方）Name:       Sex ( should be gender, but they use sex)
Date of Birth
Nationality
Identification Card No.
（女方）同上

They hereby marry of their own wills.  This certificate is issued upon examination that this marriage is in conformity with the provisions on marriage in the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China.

Ministry of Civil Affairs, the People's Republic of China
(Special Seal for Management of Marriage Certificate)
People's Government of Haidian District, Beijing (这个需要根据自己发证地改改）
(Special Seal for Marriage Registration)
Supervised and manufactured by Ministry of Civil Affairs, the People's Republic of china
