各位tx好~曾经在这里潜水很久学到了不少东西，后来阴差阳错没有出国，反倒辅导了一些同学考托福...如果有关于托福的问题可以问我，特别是阅读跟写作的（ibt跟TPO模考这两个section都在29分左右徘徊~）我尽力回答：）

看你有多长时间准备了，

1.时间短的话拿满分作文研究（OG上有几篇，其他的在站内搜搜），重点看文章的结构，好句子和句子之间是如何过渡和链接的，综合写作部分一定要拿TPO来练习，因为有个lecture，所以听力也很重要，做的时候把阅读里面三个论点把握住，然后听的时候重点听如何就这几个点反驳的，回答的时候以听力内容为主，阅读材料为辅，独立写作的时候字数最好写多一点，350字左右比较容易拿高分。

2..如果你准备时间比较长，先推荐两本书，一本是一个叫慎小什么的...十天突破新托福essays,非常好，用美式思维写的，还有一本新航道出的也挺有名的，不过我还没买过...在准备的时候先从写作高频词汇入手（应该也能搜到相关帖子），比如说不要老用important,可以改成essential或者critical等等，在表达观点的时候不要老用I think,在看范文的时候一定要注意别人是怎么表达的，然后记下来；

句子方面，也是看范文还有做阅读的时候注意长难句的积累，不一定很复杂的句子，有一些写的很巧妙很有趣的句子也要记下来；我这里有个黄金句型30几个，不知道网上能不能搜的到，我不知道怎么加附件-_-

最后很重要的一点是篇章结构的把握，比如开头段+观点1观点2+过渡段+结尾段，所谓过渡段就是如果不这样就会@#￥%#&*,这两本书里应该有总结开头段怎么写中间段怎么写，不看书的话自己从范文中总结也可以，我们没有那种天生就写出好句子的能力就得把别人的好句子记住，我每次考试都是裸考，写作的秘密就是把前面阅读看到的好句子记在纸上，哈哈，不过平常的积累还是很重要的，祝好成绩！

本次作文属于社会类的题材，而且同学们一般对书和电视都有比较多的生活体验，既可以描述社会现象，也可以结合自身的感受来谈，还算是一篇比较好写的文章，这里提供一个写作的思路：同意该观点，原因有三：1、读书比电视更有利于孩子精神的健康成长2、读书能为社会创造一个更加包容和和谐的氛围3、书承载的知识远远大于电视，电视节目总是以观众的兴趣为导向，难免走向低俗，对提高人们的整体素质没有帮助。

Since the day the first television made its debut, watching television has become a more valuable mean in learning skills and acquiring knowledge than reading books; when it comes to the effects on society, however, I disagree that watching television has an equal value with reading books.


To begin with, reading books has greater effects than watching television because it provides an active way of learning while the latter is a passive one. Television takes away a great deal of the wonder of childhood. Reading a book, you have to fully engage your imagination. You have to connect the letters that you are reading to a full image, a whole world that you've created on your own. Television hands that to you. Among the public in the developed countries, there is a rising concern about the indulging of children in TV programs, which would prevent to some extend the mental growth of children.


Moreover, Reading a thought-provoking book — a fiction book or a nonfiction book — helps a person focus on the moment, achieving a form of mindfulness, and also, feel the pain and joy of others. There is a saying goes, the greater your capacity to feel the pain, the greater your capacity to love, which is key step towards creating a more harmonious and tolerant atmosphere in the society….


Books have existed as a medium of knowledge of the world for thousands of years, whereas television is only a modern invention existing for no more than half a century. We can find so many books in all fields of academic efforts: humanities, social sciences, natural sciences and so on，while the televisions…..

In today's fast-paced society, with overwhelming information and responsibilities，how can a person keep him/herself from getting lost let alone find peace within the world and within him/herself? One way is by getting lost in a good book. To sum it up, I would like to say that printed books have greater effects on society than television has.

       When ask about advantages of sports, you may say sports do good to health, make firends with differnet people,relax body and so on. But if say playing sports teaches people more lessons about the life,it will magnify the the effort of the sports.I ,therefor,would like to say that there are myraid of approachs that contribute to the life.
      One of the channels that is crucial to the leesons we learn from life is study in school.We go to school and start our formal study when we are six years old.We enrich our knowledg , improve our quailty and form our thought in school.At the same time,we not only learn the knowledge from teachers but also make friendswith other students.
According to a research from Youth Digest,almost 70% of people make friends fof life during their school time. After few years stduy ,we grow up and face the society.
     Another significant way that is experience,we meet different things and everyday,maybe challenges or some opportunities.we should use the knowldge in our life.People always say practice makes prefect.More experiences we have, more wonderfulour life will be.Consequently,we will get For instance,Bessie Smith,my favorite singer, made a name for herself at a very young age.By 1923,she made her first record which sold thousands of copies.However,because of the economic depression,her

hello你的确写跑题了...如果不看题目的话你这篇的主题是如何获得生活经验，除了前面讲了一点运动之外，其他的地方完全忽略我们这个题目的主题了，这个题我觉得从反面其实不好写，ETS看的是你能否对一个论点进行充分论证得过程，看你的篇章结构，句子和用词。

首先肯定一点的是你的过渡连接用词比较丰富，句式也有许多变换，但是有些句式写的有些随心所欲了，比如第一句话应该是asked，这实际上是一个省略主语的被动语态，文中也有许多的语法错误，比如少be动词啊，介词的错用等等。

建议你从两个方面去改进，第一是把最基本的语法练好，语法不太好的前提下，一些长句子千万不要自己去创造，一般人很难看懂，你可以通过看范文背过一些长句子好句子，考试的时候把里面个别词语换一下就可以了，这样可以避免暴露自己的语法方面的不足。

第二就是一定要扣题啊啊啊啊！你文章的框架还是不错的，之前应该有准备过吧，一定要发扬！但是内容一定要改，如果你还是要反对这个观点呢，第一段说我认为运动不会增加生活经验之后，就要开始解释为什么运动不会增加，比如说运动浪费大量时间，学到的都是技术上的经验，再比如说运动场上认识的朋友就那么几个，不能扩大交际圈，之类的，而不要说在学校里才能增加，干这个才能增加干那个才能增加，这些不能驳倒运动增加生活经验这个观点。

我还是建议你同意这个观点去写，你是不是同意跟分数是没关系的，评分的就看你能不能说清楚这个观点，所以怎么好写就怎么写，你的开头很好，when...就说我很同意，为什么呢，1运动能够结交很多铁哥们，比如说我10岁那年.....2，运动精神是生活中不能或缺的，当你遇到挫折的时候，经常运动的人抗打击能力更强，比如说....3你自己再想点理由，这样明显好写很多嘛。

好棒好棒！！
我最担心阅读了，看文章都好像没有看进去，做纸质的红DELTA勉强还行，不过一份也要错5个，而且还是在都看懂文章的情况下，在电脑上做TPO就更惨了...题目做了不少，以为是单词不行，也背了单词，还是觉得看不懂，长难句也看了，课就是不知道为什么...
你能不能告诉我阅读怎么能提高呢？？我剩下不到十天了...

这里说句题外话，大家都知道背单词很重要，但是从我自己英语学习中，我认为背句子背文章更有效！但是这个过程非常痛苦，能坚持下来的人很少，所以成功的也很少。我当初背的是新概念三册，以及新概念四册的前半部分，现在遇到托福中好句子好段落也习惯背下来，对词汇的积累，写作中好句子的积累以及文章结构的把握非常有帮助，而且是潜移默化的，一点小建议~觉得适合自己的同学可以一试

老俞的红宝啊，张红岩啊都可以，说实话我没怎么背过单词，都是从阅读中积累的，但是如果你基础差的话背单词还是很重要的，最好去书店把这几本词汇书都看看，哪本觉得自己能背下来就买哪本，大部分同学买回去很少能背完，这样一点效果也没有。网上有个帖子是制定了一个十天计划背张红岩那本书，我觉得不错，你可以去看看，背单词第一重要的是复习！第二重要的是坚持！如果只背一遍90%的都会忘掉，根据我自己的经验，多读文章也是非常好的积累单词的方法，尽量读托福真题文章，因为积累的都是阅读中的高频词汇，不像词汇书中很多事以后不会遇到的，读多了反复遇到一些词自然会记住，而且单词放在句子中非常有利与记忆。
此外，我非常喜欢背，背好文章，好句子，高中的时候新概念三差不多背了一遍，英语水平突飞猛进，高考英语差几分满分，现在托福阅读里的好句子我也喜欢背下来，用在写作里，题外话，呵呵，其实书真的不是最重要的问题，一定要记住坚持哦~

首先delta不要去做了，不是ETS出的题，思路有区别，而且文章过于简单，有那么多TPO和OG的题目，为什么不好好利用呢。现在不要花太多时间背单词了，你这几天背过的单词大部分都不会遇到，遇到了你也想不起来什么意思，还是放在语境里去记比较有效。

不知道你有没有上过培训班或者研究过OG，我给你大概介绍一下阅读的题型，大概分10种，OG里都有介绍，一般每篇文章有13-14道题目，其中，4道左右是词汇题，认得就认得，不认得就回原文通过上下文推出来，还有比较多的是细节题，这种题需要把对应段落读懂，一般有4-5道，一般有一道句子简化题，这种题型方法我在“highlighted sentence题总是错...”那个帖子里详细说了，你可以去翻翻，这个题只要把句子看懂就可以，还有一道句子插入题，就是有黑方框的，有点难度，重点看代词it that those he they等等，向前找指代对象，或者通过逻辑关系，关键词重复来做； 剩下的还有指代题，向前找指代对象，修辞目的题，只要问题里提到the author的一般都是修辞目的题，答案考查的是作者提到这个东西要证明的观点，一般在例子前面，最后一题一般是文章概要题，有个大方框，7个选项选5个或者5选3，这个题很难全对，如果你时间紧张，可以放弃这一题，随便选几个看上去对的，记住，太细节的选项一般不对。

阅读很考查一个人的实力，托福现在考的越来越难，TPO比OG上难的都不是一个档次，剩下几天你仔细研究一下TPO里哪种题型你错的比较多，刘文勇黄金阅读这个材料非常好，后面带着翻译，看不懂的对着翻译弄懂，托福不像我们国内四六级考试，有很多解题技巧，托福考试看你能不能看懂，看懂了答案很好选。做阅读的时候不要通读全文，直接做题就可，做的时候一定要耐心，全神贯注，最后这几天也要重点准备好口语和写作的思路，最后祝好成绩~~

Sports serve an excellent physical exercises and benefit people’s health . Playing sports always involve with physical activities which do good to the constructive expenditure of energy. Those who always playing sports have a more positive body image than those who do not. From a recent research by the National Women’s Health Information, these physical exercise can reduce the risks of heart disease, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis. When I was very young , I was really a fat girl. I was only 4.1 feet, but I was 50 kg.. I fell ill during that period, and my parents were very worried about me. N同学首先要注意-----这是细节题哦~~~细节题是不需要做过多推断的，基本上对原文做一个解释或者同义替换就可以了，你们之所以选C是用了推断题的思路，推断题的题干是这样的
特征词：infer, imply, suggest, most likely, least likely, probably
eg:Which of the following can be inferred from Paragraph 2 about X.
细节题考查的就是定位的能力，根据题目里问的recent research on obsidian tools found at Olmec sites shown...马上定位到这句话：倒数第四行，
Moreover, recent research on obsidian tools found at Olmecs sites has shown that some of the obsidian obtained by the Olmecs originated near Teotihuacán.
就是这一句话，所以这个发现证实的是这种石头发源地在T附近，在看四个选项的时候我一看到B、C提到了residents就知道不对了，题目问的是这次发现表明了什么，而不是整个段落里什么信息只要对的都可以选，而且就算是推断题C选项也做了过度推断。

这次写的好多了，条理清楚很多，举得例子也比较生动，但是举例子不要写太长，因为讲故事用的句式一般比较简单，还有一些细节错误，比如说单复数，加不加定冠词等等，erater在评分的时候可能会看这些错误，不过不是大问题，回去多看范文，而且尽量看地道美国人写的作文，别看国内那些乱七八糟的高分满分作文，推荐十天突破新托福essays一书，可以下载电子版，作者写作是美式思维句子很地道

LZ你好，我22号第一次考托福，觉得平时复习的还行，但是结果出奇的差，我真的很郁闷。
1，阅读23，平时做的是李笑来的黄金29篇，一般都可以拿个25分以上没问题的。主要原因进考场比较早，后面来的人试音有点吵，所以没到平时的成绩，但是23分我也能接受。
2，听力13，这是我最不能接受的成绩，我用任何一个软件（高分120，TPO），都没有做过这么差的成绩，最差的一次是19，考试虽然是紧张，但也不至于这么低吧，我真的连死的心都有了。
3，口语19，前两题有点紧张没说好，这个我自己知道原因。
4，写作15，我的写作很差，四六级也是，有种恐惧心理，复习托福的时候也没怎么练，我准备再去上个培训班训练一下作文的。
    70分，受的打击真的很大，考试前晚没睡好，上考场又很紧张，这只是原因之一，我想我的复习肯定有很多问题。我马上要准备第二次了，请LZ给一些建议吧，谢谢！

你对自己的分析可能并不是很准确 你仅仅说了这个没考好 想死 但到底是因为什么没考好 是因为问题让你觉得答题困难而丢分 是阅读盲词太多 是听力盲点太多 还是别的什么
重要的是经过一次考试 找到自己的不足真正在什么地方 然后全力弥补

肯定会有啊，如果你之前考的那次没有好好准备，这次把口语和作文准备充分一点，总结上次的经验教训，还是有希望提高的，要看你之前考的那次是考砸了还是发挥了正常水平，要是之前也有好好准备的话好好复习一个星期应该能提高个3-5分的吧，但是有很多不确定的因素，比如说这次有可能题目不太适合你反而不如上次好，你着急要成绩吗

首先说写作,写作绝对是预先可以准备的,不管你上不上培训班,对于你来说上个班应该是有帮助的,老师会介绍一些高分句型和文章结构,但是一定要回来复习,基础不好的话一定要提前背过一些句子和好的文章结构,拿OG上的满分范文研究,完了找一些网上的满分作文,综合写作是比较容易拿高分甚至满分的,但是这个非常考验听力,听力不好的话得分也很低,研究满分答案你会发现基本上是对听力的一个复述,稍微提一点阅读材料,十几分也太低了...如果你阅读还不错的话写作不应该这么低,独立写作你干脆就按照这个格式写,第一段介绍背景提出你的观点,第二三段给出理由一理由二,每个理由后面各举一个例子再加上details,最后一段结尾,自己在考前一定要准备好按怎样的结构写和一定要用上的一些好句子,对你来说不一定是长难句,一些表明观点的句子也要背过,当然能用上一些长难句最好.

再说听力,也偏低,我听说有的考生回头检查的时候按back键会导致一些答案没有记录进去导致惨案发生,不知道你有没有,检查的时候用review键,也有可能这套题里的听力段子正好很难,我考托福的时候听力一直是2829,结果有一次TPO得了25,以后复习的时候还是要注意多听TPO,我一直觉得听力没有很多技巧,重点在理解每句话,不要focus在每个单词上,只要听懂了大概意思,不要纠结于一些没听懂的词上,时间是听力高分的保障,多听一定会有提高的:)

口语还可以,口语也是在考前就可以准备好的,如果考不高就是考前准备不足,一定要准备好充分的说的素材,在答题的时候确保说话流畅,清楚,还有麦克声音调的稍微大一点,我就是有一次声音太小发生悲剧了.

最后阅读,我前面讲了很多阅读的方法了,从每种题型怎么解到时间的分配,我就不重复了

到了考场一定要彪悍,不要受别人影响,说口语的时候更不要羞涩,把别人的气势压下去:)

LZ，5月22日托福考试中，在中途休息时翻看放在桌上的一个小笔记本，上面除了写了我的一些行程计划外，还有口语模板。但是只是翻开，就有监考老师过来，把本子收走了。然后被老师记名了，现在成绩一直处于HOLD状态。我给ETS写了封信解释，不知道ETS会不会认真读我写的信呢？现在很担心，成绩不能恢复了。

前面半句应该能看懂，就是关于反思的动机还有很多不清楚的问题，比如说.....

后面我们来分析一下，首先解释as opposed to 是“而不是”的意思，在口语里面我们完全可以说the value of A, not that of teachers.....as opposed to是一种比较书面的说法，这样就比较清楚了----------比如说，由外部因素驱动的反思的价值，而不是习惯性反思的老师的价值。

刚开始肯定是这样的，这个过程不能跨越，如果我现在跟你说按照意群去读你肯定也做不到，读多了自然会有感觉了，以后再读的时候注意要有重点，比如说重点关注主语是谁谓语是哪个宾语是哪个，把主干抓住了再去关注细枝末节，当然这样说比较空洞，平时一定要限时做TPO，提高阅读速度，做完之后再细细品味文章。

至于听力如果让一个人去把握主干是很不实际的，因为一听起来速度那么快谁还记得重点要听什么主语谓语的，就给你提一点建议吧，一定要忽略那些没听懂的单词，千万不要反复想是什么意思，因为一两个单词没听出来真的没有关系，反而会miss后面更重要的内容，对听力来说多听是最重要的，多听lecture，比如说TTC等，坚持每天精听至少半个小时，我问过几个英语非常牛的同学，比如说全国大学生英语能力竞赛特等奖等等，几乎都是能坚持的人，有的每天背一篇文章，有的每天读一个小时阅读文章，包括我自己英语最突飞猛进的时候也是把新概念三背完一遍以后，你可以选一个适合自己的方法，坚持是最重要的，没有一蹴而就的方法，你说的这些问题都是熟能生巧的：）

我比较推荐TPO+TTC,上网搜一下都有的，最重要的是时间的保证，每天至少1个小时精听，先不要去管那些听力的技巧，像重点听转折词啊还有主干啊之类的，考试的时候没时间想的，听的时候努力去把握句子意思，千万不要纠结于一个单词没有听懂，听完之后试着去总结这一段的大意以及结构，因为后面综合作文也非常考查一个人的听力，基本上是对听力内容的一个复述

some people think that we learn our most important lessons in school.Other think that knowledge we acquire outside of school is the most important Which view do you agree with?

In context of increasing importance of the knowledge in our life, it comes to our general discussion what kind of knowledge is the most important to us-whether from the lessons learned in school or acquired outside school. The opinions regarding this issue vary from person to person probably based on their own experience. However, as for me, I believe the knowledge acquired outside school is more important for following reasons.
First of all, the knowledge we learn in school is very basic. In school ,the students mainly study some basic subjects such as mathematics, physics. To be honest, such knowledge lays a solid ground for further study. However, as the  advancement of science and technology and the development of society, such knowledge seems far inadequate for people to get adapted to those changes and fulfill the demands from challenges. Only if we learn the knowledge that is far more advanced and practical outside of school, can we stand in favorable position in personal development. For example, when you are assigned with a task which requires broader knowledge beyond what you have learned in school, you have to turn to  reference book or other experienced persons for advice. In the progress of completing this task, you can learn much more and useful knowledge than in school. What is more, the experiences and lessons you have gained will deeply benefit you in further work.
In addition, some knowledge we learn in school seems out of date. The knowledge recorded in books we learn from school is the accumulation of humans' wisdom in a specific period of time, which means that what knowledge was right in the past dose not guarantee it is right at present. In contrast, the knowledge you learn outside of school is always the latest and can make you keep up with the pace of the development of science and technology. In some period of history, people used to believe that bacteria was the smallest microbe living in the world, and recorded it in the books for students to study. However, when virus was found to be the smallest living creature, most of students had been thought the wrong knowledge that bacteria was. We can immediately correct similar problems when we search for the truth by ourselves from wider sources other than text books, such as radio or internet which always provide people the latest findings and prevents people from being misled by the obsolete knowledge often taught in school.
From what have been discussed above, I can fairly draw a conclusion that the knowledge gained outside of school is more important attributed the facts that it can offer people more advanced and practical and up-to-date knowledge which make people more competent in  their development.
