We are sorry to learn that you have not yet received your free copy of the GRE POWERPREP® Software. Delivery time is approximately four weeks in the United States and six to eight weeks internationally. If you do not receive the software within the expected time frame, you can do one of the following:
◦ Download POWERPREP from the GRE website at www.ets.org/gre/greprep.
◦ Forward this e-mail to gre-info@ets.org and include your complete name and current mailing address. A copy of POWERPREP will be sent to you.
