Rates:
The total rent is $875 on a monthly basis, so for each person it's roughly $290. Utilities fees are normally around $40-90(15-30) each, with the exception of winter period when there's a spike of gas fee.
Time:
Lease starts from August 1st, so technically you should be able to move in on August 1st.
