很对不起大家，周五签完到现在一直没有上网，希望迟到的签经能对大家有点帮助，也希
望大家能对2000给我些意见。
本科毕业，在政府部门工作两年，去ISU读MPA，mm。
本以为6月6号星期五预约号为111号这些都能带来些好运，谁知道。。。。。。进到大厅里
人比想象的少多了，由于一直比较自信能过，也就觉得早晚都无所谓了，换了浅粉色牌子
就开始等了，我觉得时间过的很快，没多久就被领到了一个tt的4号窗口前，从个头上来说
以为他不是大tt，但旁边的mm说从t的程度来说象是大tt，后来看到有人总是去找他商量，
估计今天是碰到传说中的killer了，不祥的预感。
叫到我的名字的时候，前面被拒的mm还没从台子上下来，于是就微笑的等了2秒钟，结果他
很不耐烦的又叫了一声，于是赶紧喊了声I’m here就站了上去。
m: morning Sir, here is my card. How are u today?
V: Fine.(开始敲电脑不理我)
Then what will you do in US.
M: I will study Public policy and Administration for my master degree in Iowa
State University.
V: Your undergraduate major?
M: Investment Economics. I graduated from central University of Finance and Ec
onomics, and I have been working in Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance for ov
er two year.
V: Any relatives in US
M: No, all my families are in China.
V: 又开始打电脑不理我，我也不知道该不该说话，反正就没说了，长达10秒钟的沉默。
V: Why go to US?
M: Because MPA program has a 50-year long history in US, but only 5 year in Ch
ina. I want to further develop me career in Chinese government, and graduated
MPA professionals are in great need by our government. I want to go to learn m
ore advanced knowledge………被打断
V：then what will you do after your graduation?
M: I’ll come back to China immediately to find a position in Ministry of Fina
nce to develop my career in a higher level government sector. You know, to acc
limate high-speed economy development, Chinese government is committing itself
to bring up a group of elites in public administration to work for a modern g
overnment. So a high level degree in this field and oversea education experien
ce will all bring more opportunities and developing room in the government sec
tor when I come back to China. I have talk with some government officials. One
of my former leader came from Harvard University and now working in Ministry
and Finance, he gave me much advice, do you want to see his letter to you?
V: No. Harvard? Then why not Harvard?
M: I did apply Harvard bur it rejected me
V: Then you will do the same job after you come back?
Me: No!!! Now I work in Beijing municipal bureau of finance, and I want to wor
k in Ministry of Finance of PRC, a higher level government sector………..又被打
断。
V: 接着就听到了让人无比寒心的I’m sorry………具体的我没大听清楚，但主要意思是：
你应该留在中国，继续学习也好继续工作也好，他没有提他认为我不会回来，只是不停地
说China.
但这个时候他还没有举起章来，我赶紧辩解。
M; But could you tell me why??? My career is in China, and my aim is very obvi
ous that I just want to learn advanced knowledge and get the foreign diploma a
nd then to come back……..被打断
V: 还是那些话，然后拒签章已经盖上了。
M: 还是很有礼貌地说了thank you,他递给了我214b表。
