Disagree or agree with that young people should take several jobs before they take a career in a long term?
When the young people set foot into the job makret, there are kinds of choices for they to choose from so that it make let the youngsters to be more confused about which jobs to take.Do they should take several different kinds of jobs before they take a career in a long term? My answer is yes and I will illustrate my point with the following reasons.
The first reason that demonstrate my point is that young people can learn considerable experience from some several jobs before the last choice as their career. For young people what they are short of most is the experience other than acadamic knowledge . They cannot easily gain some revelant experience in some fileds in college and meanwhile be lack of the ability to make their acadamic knowledge into practice. Yet experience can be obtained only in the process of working. For example a job as a salesman or a saleswoman can really teaches the youngsters a lot of practical skill or knowledge such as the interpersonal skill , the abiility to guess customers' attitude and the awarness of service. Those skills are just from pratical experience of work and being equipped with the types of skills leant from experience in several job will benefit the youngsters to get a ideal job in long term eventually.
Furthermore younsters can reap tremendous kinds of resources ,which greatly facilitate their approach to success. Such resources involve in personality resources , financial resources. For instance a man graduates from a college and he wants to sets up his own business but it is really hard for him since there are lack of money , employees. cooperation partners and so on. In order to realize his final goal to run his own business, he may choose to take some jobs in the relevant field he will set foot in in the future and then maitain the essential elements for his own business in the process of working . That is a advisable and accessable way for the young people to reach their goals.
To sum up , based on the factors we have talked about above , we may safely draw the conclusion that it is nessasary and meaningful for the youngsters to choose several jobs before a career in long term. The young can really benefit much from the previou jobs such as abundant experience and kinds of resources.
