In this argument, the speaker recommends us to choose Adams rather than Fitch which are two estate firms in our town so as to sell our home in a short time and at a good price. To support his recommendation, the arguer points out that Adams Realty has 15 more agents than Fitch Realty, most of whose agents work only part-time. What's more, it is claimed that Adams's revenue was twice as high as that of Fitch last year and Adams sells more expensive per house. In addition, the arguer asserts that Adams took one month to sell one of his homes last year, while Fitch took more than four years to sell another home of his ten years ago.
Careful examination of these supporting evidence, however, reveals that lends little credible supporting to his claim.

To begin with, a threshold assumption upon which the recommendation relies is that the more number of estate agents means to sell home better. However, the arguer provides no specific information for these agents so that we cannot judge their professional skill. In all likelihood that the average skill level of the 25 sales agents in Fitch is far higher than the Adams's, and what's more, may be the agents in Fitch devote far more hours in working than the Adams's. Since the speaker has not adequately responded to this concern, his suggestion that more agents equals to selling in higher price and quicker is unwarranted.

Further more, without providing the details about the size of these two companies and what kind and how large of those houses they sell, the arguer's conclusion which only base on the total revenue and average sales price is meaningless. It is entirely possible that the size of Adams is several times larger than Fitch, while the more than one times earnings probably is the unfavorable evidence in order to indicate Adams is worse than Fitch. Even if the two companies are in the same size, we can not forecast Adams will profit more this year. And even if Adams will continue to profit more, it means, in some degree, squeeze your benefit more. Besides, the houses sold by Adams perhaps located in flourishing district and are several times larger, so the mere extra $24 in average may account for Adams Realty's poor work.

In addition, the arguer fails to consider the possible difference between the two houses sold by two firms. It is quite possible that the house sold by Adams is in a good condition and located in more convenient position so that it is more popular among the buyers. Granted assuming the two houses are the same, a considerable period of time passed since Adams sold his first house, earth-shaking change perhaps has taken place during this 10 years and Fitch spends more time in selling his house probably due to the real estate business recession. Granted assuming there is no difference between the two periods, Adams cannot guarantee that it will performs the same excellent.

Finally, the arguer's recommendation rests on the unlikely assumption that we have only two estate firms from which we can choose. In all likelihood we can engage one of many other suitable companies instead, thus, without considering and ruling out this possibility the arguer’s proposal that-if I want to sell my house quicker and more expensive, just use Adams-is ill-considered.

To sum up, the argument is unpersuasive as it stands. To convince me to use Adams to sell my home, the arguer should provide more clear evidence such as the detailed information about the two companies’ size and their agents’ s professional skill, such as what kind of house they sell and the specific conditions about arguer’ s two houses. Finally, to evaluate the argument, I would need to compare Admas’ s qualification with other firms.

In this argument, the speaker recommends us to choose Adams rather than Fitch which (which从句不对)are two estate firms in our town so as to sell our home in a short time and at a good price. To support his recommendation, the arguer points out that Adams Realty has 15 more agents than Fitch Realty, most of whose agents(many agents of which) work only part-time. What's more, it is claimed that Adams's revenue was twice as high as that of Fitch last year and Adams sells more expensive(卖得更贵是这么说吗) per house. In addition, the arguer asserts that Adams took one month to sell one of his homes last year, while Fitch took more than four years to sell another home of his ten years ago. Careful examination of these supporting evidence, however, reveals that lends little credible supporting to his claim.首段感觉还是太长了

To begin with, a threshold assumption upon which the recommendation relies is that the more number of estate agents means to sell home better.(more number 感觉不对,我会用the bigger number of agents are, the better the quality of  home selling is.) However, the arguer provides no specific information for(about) these agents so that we cannot judge their professional skill. In all likelihood that(去掉) the average skill level of the 25 sales agents in Fitch is far higher than the Adams's, and(另起一句) what's more, may be the agents in Fitch devote far more hours in working than the Adams's. Since the speaker has not adequately responded to this concern, his suggestion that more agents equals to selling in higher price and quicker is unwarranted.有没有觉得这样辩解不怎么讲理。一个大公司和一个小公司竞争,小公司说我们虽然人少,但是我们都很勤奋,我们能力都很强。但是有人会听吗?

Further more, without providing the details about the size of these two companies and what kind and how large of(换种说法) those houses they sell, the arguer's conclusion which (is)only base(based) on the total revenue and average sales price is meaningless. It is entirely possible that the size of Adams is several times larger than Fitch, while the more than one times earnings probably is the unfavorable evidence in order to (为了?)indicate Adams is worse than Fitch. Even if the two companies are in the same size, we can not forecast (that)Adams will profit more this year. And even if Adams will continue to profit more, it means, in some degree, squeeze your benefit more.(那他是赚钱好还是不赚钱好?) Besides, the houses sold by Adams perhaps located in flourishing district and are several times larger, so the mere extra $24 in average may account for(解释?应该是说明吧) Adams Realty's poor work.

In addition, the arguer fails to consider the possible difference between the two houses sold by two firms. It is quite possible that the house sold by Adams is in a good condition and located in more convenient position so that it is more popular among the buyers. Granted assuming the two houses are the same, a considerable period of time passed since Adams sold his first house, earth-shaking change perhaps has taken place during this 10 years and Fitch spends more time in selling his house probably due to the real estate business recession.(这句太充分,结构不是很清楚) Granted assuming there is no difference between the two periods, Adams cannot guarantee that it(they?) will performs the same excellent.(?)

Finally, the arguer's recommendation rests on the unlikely assumption that we have only two estate firms from which we can choose. In all likelihood we can engage one of many other suitable companies instead, thus, without considering and ruling out this possibility the arguer’s proposal that-if I want to sell my house quicker and more expensive, just use Adams-is ill-considered.观点蛮新奇的,不知道对不对,因为题目中说这两家是领头的,难道是中国人的惯性思维?
To sum up, the argument is unpersuasive as it stands. To convince me to use Adams to sell my home, the arguer should provide more clear evidence such as the detailed information about the two companies’ size and their agents’ s professional skill, such as what kind of house they sell and the specific conditions about arguer’ s two houses. Finally, to evaluate the argument, I would need to compare Admas’ s qualification with other firms.
