When I was only a child without entering the primary school, I have spent majority of my childhood with my best friend who I treated as my elder brother. Undeniable, he somewhat have an influence on my personality, my hobbies or the computer games I have ever played, though, I still hold a view that, in most cases, teacher have a greater influenced on students.
In our childhood, more specifically, the period we always are together with our children friends, we don’t have the consciousness to learn a kind of behavior from our friends and think about whether this kind of activity is right or wrong. In the lecture, the professor suggested that giving an option between 4or5 days work week would not raise the working efficiency while reducing the pay. On the contrary, the professor confirmedly holds his view that this kind of office rule will make the working quality even worse than before. There are a couple of reasons that the professor has an opposite opinion to the reading.
The reading introduced that a 4 day work employee will receive 80precent of the salary, by what the firm will gain more profit. The professor stated that, making this decision will force the company to employ more staff. Although the company just has to pay those who choose 4days work week, it do not mean that they will save the spending. As the company employ more staff, enormous of money will cost to train new employees. With the increasing number of employees, the company has to buy more computers. Furthermore, more working space will be needed.
As some of the staff will reduce their working time, the manager has to find someone else to finish the 4day worker’s project. By this reason, the company may ask some employees to work overtime with the expectation that finish the 5day work in 4day. Working overtime will make people hard to concentrate on work and cannot make a good result.
Reducing the office time will offer workers have more time to share with their family, in this case, suggested by the professor, the employee will decrease their work ability and may lost his job if the company have a economy cut down. What’s more, reducing working time will slow down one’s career development and he will not be considered first when the manager is thinking about a job promotion. Take my experience as an example. In current society, the relationship among everyone is becoming closer and closer. And the significance of relationship is well reflected when someone is going to cope with some problems or achieve a target. However, somebody argue that the ability is the most important thing when trying to attain an achievement. So, there is a fever debate about whether it’s significant to go on well with other people than study hard at school. Making advertisements is prime way of some companies to make their products sold well, therefore, they are always trying to attract the consumers by making their advertisements seems worth above their price(读着有点别扭，但是不知道怎么修改好), especially in food products advertising. This phenomenon result to(in) a fever debate about whether advertising is the primary maker of unhealthy eating habits. In my opinion, the formation of bad eating habits can’t be attributed to advertising, and I have several reasons to support my view.
As known to all, habits formation is a long term process, no any advertisements can easily change one’s habit. Most of people have their own recipe during their infant period, which are(were) made by their parents to ensure they can grow up healthily. So, when they were(when they grew up) grow up, they are always have(动词连用了。。。) formed a stable eating habit. As the habits formed in childhood are just like the notch on the rock, from my perspective, an advertisement cannot change people’s eating habits. Unless, someone change his habitat by enjoying snacks as his daily meals, it’s almost impossible to change the eating habitats(拼写错误，这个是居住地). However, considering the fund limitation and general knowledge that eating snacks too frequently will lead a unhealthy body, most of people will not change their eating habits just because an advertisement.(观点比较好,注意时态)
Furthermore, as a reasoning result of wide diffusion of food advertisement, more and more people have their own experience of purchasing a food product they have saw on the advertisement, maybe some of them have met some deception. Certainly, they will share their deceived experience to others, thus, people got a guard consciousness when they are selecting food. What’s more, some community welfare may hold some speech about how to make a healthy recipe and keep away from bad eating habits. With so many sides’ defends, citizen will not follow the advertisements blindly. As a result, there are a little possibility for advertiser to bring some bad eating habits.
To say the least(last but not least), eating the(delete) food in advertisement doesn’t means that the people who ate it will get a bad eating habit. With the system of food testing is getting more and more mature, majority of foods in current food market are safe enough to eat and won’t lead to a bad eating habits. A recent research has shows that 70% products in the market are all passed from restrict tests and they are all having fulfilled the quality standard. Generally speaking, eating healthy food is not a kind of bad habits.

With the development of globalization, the comparing of national competiveness among the world has become more and more intense. Thus some people want to figure out that what factor can be the most efficient impetus of the development of the country, which lead to a fever这个有形容词性？ debate about whether improving schools is the essential factor of developing successfully of the country. In my opinion, the improvement of schools is the most important element attributed to the development of the country, and I have several reasons to support my view.
As known to all, the elementary education was一般时态就好 beginbegining in the kindergarten or primary school, in where our initial world outlook was form. The education we received there will have a great effect on the decisions we make when we are grew up个人感觉是when we grown up, and it may even change our whole life. Since the children are the bedrock直接说孩子是好像不太妥？ of the country’s development in the future, the government should ensure their initial education to teach them how to thinking in a right way. In this way, they will make a difference to the country when they grow up.
Furthermore, maybe there are some geniuses who are very smart even if they just received a little formal education, but education can let them use their intelligence in a right way. As so smart he was, his father thought that he could earn a lot of money without receiving any education, as a result, the special ability of Zhongyong was lost. Last but not the least, the education and the country development are always connecting with each other and they have a mutual effect. For more detail, the education is always fit with the development country and most of schools will teach students base on the state of the society. In the meantime, as schools transmit its students to the country and make it difference, the changing of the country will have aan effect on the education also. In short, education plays an important role in the development of the country.

In my opinion, it’s hard to tellwith (which) era can offer more opportunitiesfor people to be successful, it depends on which kind of succeeds (这是个动词) is considered, and I haveseveral reasons to support my viewpoint.
Ifthe money and one’s possessions are being concerned as the fundamental of beingsuccessful, certainly, past time is easier for people to be a success. In thattime, the old epoch,（有些累赘的表述） the law is not very specific and mighty like those (it) in contemporary society. Thus a lot of merchantswere always trying to use the bugs (口语的词，可以改成deficiencies) of law in order to make a great dealof profits. In most cases, their plans were always got a satisfied ends, andthey could earn pretty much money without the deliberate griping of thegovernment. What’s more, the industrial competition was not that fierce liketoday’s society. Therefore, whoever figured out a good idea about a new kindsof trade or forms of earning money, he could always found a promising way toachieve his plan and be success with a little tough. The mostimportant, history is a proper teacher which can affect human’s mind a lot.Combining all these contemporary elements together, there is no doubt that contemporarypeople’s spirits and educated degree is much than those lived in past era.
