Dear University,

Thank you for your interest in me. But I'm sorry to inform you that I have not received your offer yet.
Due to the large volume of offers I receive everyday, I will be not able to provide you with an immediate response to your offer; please allow 7-14 days for information updating.

The purpose of this e-mail is to urge you to submit your offer as early as possible and well before the deadline of Feb 28th. Please be notified that any offer arrived later than Feb 28th will not be processed and considered. This is a firm deadline.

It is the policy that decisions must be made independently. I am unable to answer requests for acceptance of offer by phone or email.

If you still have questions, submit your offer first. I will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
