想了好久也没想明白，不知道怎么分析。

数学：
1.Survey of pets in households  in an apartment complex

比较    The total number of households with at least one pet             85

2. 比较：The area of the shaded region    The sum of the areas of the two unshaded triangular regions

哦，reputation 是不恰当。按句意来看，后面整个的句子应该与常识相反，前后两空的内容是一致的，那A不是也可以呢？

两位版主说得对，我也选的D，答案给的A。如果是A，那角B就应该是90°了，但题目中没给其他信息，只有图和选项。我以为自己是哪里没弄明白，或者少考虑什么了

句中的progressive是对应词

讽刺地是，党派领导人在建立进步党的过程中障碍却来自于已被选入立法机构的进步分子

数学：
1、人们养宠物可以多样几只，那么数据里面必然重复统计了这些人，所以实际人数小于85
2、无法确定大小的。

这一题虽然说可能存在重复统计的可能性，但是也并非一定重复统计了
所以还是应该选D吧？
