1：在有关感观动词的学习中我看到下面几个句子：
We all felt the plan to be unwise
I observed him to be a suspected person
I felt my heart beat violently
The policeman observed the man open the window

我们知道see， find ，watch， feel， observe等是感官动词，后面的跟省略to的不定式，但前两句为什么有to呢？还有哪些情况下可以这么用呢？

2：How came you to know him well。

How came you ...是一种问句的开头形式，但其后面为什么要跟to 呢？我以前见到的句子都是没有to 的，难到是固定用法吗？

3：How could she explain her breaking promises to him?

这句话怎么总有点别扭，如果说breaking是promises的定语的话，这句话就成了解释诺言了，但其意思明明是说解释违约原因啊，应该怎么理解呢？是不是印错了？

We all felt the plan to be unwise和we all felt the plan  unwise有什么区别吗？
I observed him to be a suspected person和i observed him a suspected person有什么不同吗？
how come  (that)................ 是句子，  how come you to是短语
how could she explain sth. ?  her breaking promise to him 里面的动词变成名词了，所以整个短语是名词，就是sth.

2楼的回答不错。

前两句中的 to be 是可以省略的。
