RT，本人申请11FALL IE PHD，结果普度现在才给我消息，让我情何以堪，各位有没有这样的经历？同时贴上这封信,算是录取了么？

Dear XXXXXXXXXX:

I am pleased to inform you that, due to your excellentacademic performance, the School of Industrial Engineering has recommended tothe Graduate School that your application for admission to our graduate programbe approved for Fall Semester, 2011.
Formal notification of admission will come to you shortly from theGraduate School. We will appreciate receiving an indication of your acceptance/declineupon your receiving the admission notification from the Graduate School.
