Nevertheless, for most of the situations, working at home has more cons than its pros.
Not all the works are appropriate to be done at home, and working at home can also cause a problem both in emotion and in work. Firstly, there are a lot of works should be done only when people in offices or workshop. It says scientists need to do experiments. Engineers need to measure objects, even the common business will be done better if people can work at the same place and have a discussion. Secondly, nobody can live well without the communication with others, working at home, to some extent, limits the ways and oppotunistics that people can meet their friends and colleagues. The lack of in person talk and common communication must cause negative effects on people. Finally, the necessities of working in office are obvious when the manager wants to keep the stability of a company and Strengthen the connection between colleagues.
