上周给一位教授发信，第二天收到这样一封邮件，请问这是不是说拿到奖学金就可以了？
Dear ***,

Thank you for your interest in NUS.

With your excellent academics, we would be pleased to have you with us as a PhD student.

You need to secure a scholarship, either from your home country or NUS. Attached are some details on scholarships awarded by NUS.

Please note also that for August 2012 intake, the application closes on the 1st of November 2011.

是的，但是前提是你要自己去申请奖学金。

我觉得是模板回复，你自己能申请到NUS的奖学金的话就是直接录取了，导师可以过来再说。就是鼓励你申请的意思
