in-state previledge 的选项。

这个只能州内的学生填写呢？还是你觉得有资格申请就可以填写？？？

因为他这里提到了这么一句话？？Do you believe you qualify for the in-state tuition rate?*

如果要申请的话，她要求提供
If you are not a U.S. citizen, upload a copy of your Permanent Resident Card or visa. If you are in the process of adjusting your immigration status, upload documentation. This application will not be reviewed without this documentation.
