Dear X,

Unfortunately at this point there is no offer pending for you. I am sorry I cannot give you better news. The first set of offers has been sent out and the process will be ongoing until we fill all open positions. Prospective students have until April 15th to respond to the offer. Not everyone accepts, therefore, some financial offers will still be available, but are not guaranteed.

If you have been admitted, you will first receive an email and then an official letter.

第一轮发完，暂时没位置了，应该不是WL，WL的话小蜜会直接告诉你的。具体情况小蜜可能那里没有最后的结果，不过没拒就是好事。

I would not recommend waiting for an official rejection. I do not even believe another round of offers will be going out. I believe you would be wasting precious time if you waited for an official rejection.
