从小米那里问出来的情况：
Guelph
We are hoping that we will be able to let everyone know about their status by the end of April.
We have sent out a few offers for admission and if these people decline the offer, we will be offering positions to the others that we have in reserve. I apologize for the long wait but I will let you know as soon as possible.

Wyoming
We have made initial offers, those applicant have until April 15th to decline or accept our offer.
Depending on how many decline will determine how many more offers we make.

UCR
Thank you for your interest in our program.
Our first round offers have already went out.
We will be making second round offers after April 15th.

我觉得我在美帝和加国眼里是鸡肋。如果食之有味的话，first round就有offer了，但弃之可惜，毕竟没有直接给我rej，只好4.15之后等消息了。
另外，UCI的rej是前段时间收到的，一直没有上网。

嗯，看来是这样的。不过就是有的学校不明说WL，或者叫做first round，second round，其实本质都是一样的。
