收到了UCSD的MS的AD, email里面有这么一句话：please note that this is a stand-alone , termial degree program, with extremely rare possibility of transfering into the PHD program.
这个是说在MS期间是不能转博了吧。那MS以后再申请PHD会有影响么？另外，如果说读完MS, 申请的是UCSD的PHD,那总共需要多长时间呢（MS+PHD）？有哪位大神能不能解答一下？
