高亮部分：The extreme seriousness of desertification results from the vast areas of land and the tremendous numbers of people affected, as well as from the great difficulty of reversing or even slowing the process.
选项
A. desertification is a significant problem because it is so hard to reverse and affects large areas of land and great numbers of people.
B. slowing down the process of desertification is difficult because of population growth that has spread over large areas of land.
C. the spread of deserts is considered a very serious problem that can be solved only if large numbers of people in various countries are involved in the efforts.
D. desertification is extremely hard to reverse unless the population is reduces in the vast areas affected.

答案选A, 我的问题在于，原文不是说沙漠化的原因是： 1.涉及面积太广人太多 2.逆转或甚至减缓沙漠化的难度太大造成的吗，那应该1，2 是因，沙漠化是果呀，可是答案A （ Desertification is a significant problem because it is so hard to reverse and affects large areas of land and great numbers of people. ）因果不是倒置了吗？为什么对呀？？

没错啊……你说的对，沙漠化是果，because后面确实就是导致前面结果的原因啊……
LZ你休息一下回来再看就明白了
