考察逻辑意义上的主谓一致，和平行

首先是be 动词和represent的选择，很显然是说这个zone代表了。。。而不是说"是。。。”所以排除CDE

其次考察平行结构，是not...but的平行，所以选择B

PS：not a new principle, but one that,这里的One指代前面的principle.
