作文题目：Argument 132

The following appeared in a letter to the school board in the town of Centerville.

All students should be required to take the driver's education course at Centerville High School. In the past two years, several accidents in and around Centerville have involved teenage drivers. Since a number of parents in Centerville have complained that they are too busy to teach their teenagers to drive, some other instruction is necessary to ensure that these teenagers are safe drivers. Although there are two driving schools in Centerville, parents on a tight budget cannot afford to pay for driving instruction. Therefore an effective and mandatory program sponsored by the high school is the only solution to this serious problem.

Write a response in which you examine the stated and/or unstated assumptions of the argument. Be sure to explain how the argument depends on these assumptions and what the implications are for the argument if the assumptions prove unwarranted.

要求：
1. 本次为4月5月组成员第十六次作文assignment，限时30分钟，字数要求：min 380 words；
2. 写作时不可以上网，写作过程中不可以使用google 或 wikipedia 等搜索写作素材；
3. 写完后请用word文档保存，将自己的名字写在文档题目中。在本贴中回复，发附件上传；
4. 请提交之前更改好拼写错误和语法错误，用红字在后面标出
5. 不检查就盲目提交的第一次警告处理，如果第二次再犯将踢出小组

不太会写 assumption这种，好像还没写过alternative explanation这种instruction的
