这个方法确实不错，谢谢robin！
然而在这里请教一个问题，平时阅读并非看不懂（我把杨鹏长难句研究了好几遍了），但总会分神，速度一直没法提高，很纠结。
求指导，拜谢！

是速度过快走神还是无论怎么都走神
我也有这个问题
如果是速度过快，先把速度放下来
感觉BEN大的速度训练法就是强制让你不走神的
刚开始chunk size设置为5，到最高境界设置成1到2 就行了。。。

Don't fake orgasm when you are reading rc passages.

If you are interested in the topic, you will be auto-locked on the passage.

So just stay hooked and keep the high caliber.
