二楼放解析，其实这道题无论是解析还是题干都看不懂
另外求翻译这句：

Rounding 3.1n5 to the nearest hundredth requires that we first consider the digit in the thousandths place, a 5. This means that we must round the n in the hundredths place up to n + 1. For most values of n, the tenths digit would be unaffected by the rounding.The number 3.1n5 presently has a 1 in the tenths place, and if n is anything but 9, the tenths place will remain a 1 even after the rounding. However, 1 is not an answer choice.If n were 9, rounding to the nearest hundredth would require rounding up both the hundredths and the tenths digits, resulting in 3.20 or 3.2. The number 2 could therefore be in the tenths place of the rounded figure.The correct answer is B.

翻译是如果这个数字四舍五入到最近十分位。这不就是问n四舍五入到1后1变成几么？送分题啊

平时哪有人会舍入两次的= =

解析说的是先要从5四舍五入到n,但是只要是n四舍五入不管5那位是几1都会变成2，这题就是普通的四舍五入

忘了说题了。。。百分位是N，十分是1，如果把N舍了（N小于5），十分位还是1，如果把N进位了（N大于等于5），十分位进一变为2.
答案不是1就是2，只有2。那就选2了
