好吧，昨天刚考完G...然后看了看邮箱，找到了一个月前套Berkeley某中国教授的email，和大家分享一下，同时也求大神分析一下教授也是给的什么信号……虽然我心知UC系统几乎不招俺们系的国际生，但还是鼓起勇气试了一下……

Hi Prof. XXX,
Firstly, glad we have the same last name. （我也不知道当时为什么这么扯的写这一句……）

I am a senior student majoring in psychology at Nankai University, China. I have been involved in researches regarding autism for almost 2 years, which leads me the desire to work further on child clinical psychology. Also, I am very eager to explore researches under Chinese culture background, which I believe is what you are working on now.

So I am wondering if you have considered to recruit any INTERNATIONAL students for 2014 prospective PhD students. Enclosed is my CV and a poster presented at the 12the International meeting for Autism Research.

Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately international students are difficult to get admitted into our program because our university does not waive out-of-state tuition for international students.

I appreciate your information. However, if I have sponsorship from my university and China Scholarship Council, does that give me any advantage? Many thanks for your time!

然后就没有然后了。这是9.21的时候……以后打算开始准备GRE，就没再管套磁的事儿。现在考完，想再套几个~继续这样套靠谱么……╮(╯▽╰)╭

加州的政策是不资助国际生，所以不招国际生，我去年就问过了。另外本科申请伯克利+临床约等于不可能。楼主还是现实点吧。。。

陶瓷的时候，如果教授没有直白的一句
“I look forward to reading your application" 就一定没戏了，没必要再问了

临床？lz是临床心理学？临床不是本来就不招国际生么？

如果我不是陶瓷，就是问了教授一个问题，然后教授很积极地回答我了，然后来一句"We'll look forward to reviewing your application. Do let me know if you have any other questions!" 这是个什么状况啊？
另外一个教授回复“Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any more questions about our department or the degree program.”这又是什么情况啊？
能帮忙分析下吗
