小弟14春季入学，I-20上是1月13号，但我当时光顾着看便宜机票了，买了12月13下午到的，今天才想起来我这样是提前31天入境。提前一天会有什么问题？谢谢各位

我当时和同学是30天整入境。结果我被刁难了很久。。。我同学被关到小黑屋。不过和学校确认后就放人了。还好当时转机有6个多小时，比如就傻了。
我觉得你有必要和学校的ISSO确认下这个问题。。。

ISO的回复是这样There are no U.S. regulations that give us guidance on what to do in this situation, however our best guess as advisors is that since it is only 1 day difference from the 30 day regulation, you likely will be allowed in the country. If you wish to take cautionary measures and change your flight, you may, however it is ultimately your decision. I’m sorry that I cannot give you any more specific advise than that.

我担心被遣返啊，你知道有谁被关了几天吗
