开工早距离远，赖床猫严重伤不起:mad:
所以准备搬到天后附近

求有房源的盆友把捡走~~~~

如果你也在找附近的房子，合适的话可以一起找房合租~~~~

【任务目标】

单间，月租4000-5000
2-3人合租，厅不住人
不求豪装，干净整齐就行
稳定长租，避免短租和假期日租

带卫浴的大房上铺ok吗？在康城，环境还是很不错的，有家具，可以拎包入住。月租2950.

康城环境是很赞啦，可是还是有点远~~~抱歉抱歉

Flat Details:

- GIRL ONLY -

- 3 rooms-spicious-apartment in Tin Hau (1050 sqft in total, one MTR station next to causeway bay, cozy living area)

- your room is 220+ sqft, windows, super big room.

- the room is furnished, FREE double bed, super big closet.. (you can even put a sofa inside)

- you may see firework through your window when there is happening

- you will share with 2 friendly girls, both young professional, non smokers(you can smoke in ur room)

- 2 lifts in the building

- good location, 5 mins walk to Tin Hau MTR station, 10 mins walk to Causeway Bay, 4 MTR stops next to Central

- supermarkets, wet markets, shops are all in the neighbourhood.

- Victoria Park is juz at the opposite, there are tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool etc...

- kitchen, sitting room, dining room are common area, they are fully furnished

- washing machine, toaster, microwave, internet(FAST) provided

- maid service

- bills are excluded from the rent, appx $300 per month(summer will be higher - air con)

- the earliest move in date: 11th Jan(SAT)

- tidy, responsible, friendly girl is prefered

P.S. People who bring different men from night club to stay over are not suitable for this flat (it is dangerous to ur flatmate). but stable boyfriend sometimes stay over is fine (not come everyday)
