Oxford is well known in the world. You might be able to work in Europe, east asia (singapore etc), hongkong... Toronto is a good choice too but I don't think it's as well received as oxford. Personal option. Agree you need to think about your future plans, it will be nice if you can work at wall street in the states, but keep in mind, those US folks value their own grads way more than canadian's... i mean, they have their own top schools to fill the positions. However, if you are doing really well in Oxford, you will probably rule European/Brithsh-afflicated countries. You know canada is technically ruled by the Queen right? :p If I were you Oxford hands down.
