一部分同学的civil engineering SL 了，有些人的还没有，比较着急，就发邮件问了下。他的回复如下
The School is still in the midst of processing a large volume of applications, and is still shortlisting candidates.

You may like to check your application status via web link: https://wis.ntu.edu.sg/webexe/owa/pgr$adm_inquiry.main

Applicants will be notified by mail at the latest by July 2014.
