ELM/MACCAUUL
from august1th, 2014 (08/01/2014) till august 31, 2014, check out by Sep 1st 12pm noon, rent out the smaller room of the two (left), 8th floor on 222 ELM, water included, with a male roommate. Most people in the building are UofT students. GYM & laundry room at basement. Perfect location. Subway, chinatown, UofT nearby all within 3mins. Eaton Center 10 mins walk away. ONLY 700 CAD !!! Usual price could be more than 800 CAD per month. I am actually subsidizing you :) PLUS 100 CAD returnable deposit upon moving out.
