最近得抓紧预约面签了，

求教 H1b面签需要准备哪些材料（美国公司的和个人的）？前辈们的面签H1b经验求分享~！！
我现在只有I797表格，以及公司开出的OFFER。:mad:

“When to Apply
The Embassy or Consulate General may process your H, L, O, P or Q visa application up to 90 days prior to the beginning of employment status as noted on your I-797. However, when making your travel plans, please note that due to Federal regulations, you can only use the visa to apply for entry to the United States starting ten days prior to the beginning of the approved status period noted on your I-797.”

这个意思是说10月1日之后的90天内吗？

指的是你不可早于I-797上的开始日期前90天向美国使馆申请工作签证
