Hello, let me try to answer this question.

I guess you should sent him or her your original copy of academic grades rather than just a hollow number of your final marks.

Sorry for my lab computer without Chinese inputs, by the way, presenting more clear about yourself is better for him or her to remember you at start and I am applying PHD as well this year.

都發，如有其他獎項證明也發，然後郵件正文概括一下你的成就
