UIUC里LLM申请介绍里面说到“The application fee has been waived for the 2015-16 academic year. Please select “eligible for a fee waiver” if applying through the University of Illinois Graduate College. ”
可是具体申请的时候，fee waiver里面的选项没有合适的啊，有没有同申的求解答

可是UIUC的apply LLM里面这句话“The application fee has been waived for the 2015-16 academic year. Please select “eligible for a fee waiver” if applying through the University of Illinois Graduate College. ”这个意思15季申请的就是fee waiver的意思吗？？
