网上说本科申请可以了,申PhD呢？就是把各项最高成绩拼在一起送。

seems no. however, you can report multiple TOEFL scores to schools.

研究生一般不行，否则标准早就水涨船高了。

if your TOEFL scores are as follows, you may want to send both scores to a grad school.

Test #1: Reading 22, Listening 22, Speaking 27, Writing 27;
Test #2: Reading 30, Listening 30, Speaking 19, Writing 23.
