对方学校希望我能提供一份以学院名义的推荐信，邮件这么写的：

The letter should be from the institutional level (from Vice President or similar level in the university) or School/Department level (from Dean of School/Department), which can definitely strengthen your academic performance for the application.

这个当然还是我自己写了给dean去签字盖章。。。
问题是我应该用 I recommend xxx 还是 We recommend xxx 这种语气写？
