————1、Fund Manager
The ideal candidate should possess:
1.A Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or equivalent;
2.Proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua;
3.Strong understanding of fund investment;
4.Relevant experience in fund raising field is an advantage;
5.Highly developed financial, analytical and problem solving skills;
6.Have strong written and oral communication, event organization and project management skills;
7.Demonstrated ability to work independently;
8.A certificate of Security Qualification is preferred.
————2、Construction Engineer
Job requirement:
1.Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent;
2.Proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua;
3.Responsible for a wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors' claims for a project;
4.Have strong written and oral communication, event organization and project management skills;
5.A certificate of National First-Class Certified Architect is preferred.
