本人ISS的MTech software engineering专业。
签Service Obligation需要两个担保人，比较好的做法是3个人一起申请互相担保。
12-14 Jan网上申请，27-28 Jan现场签字。
问了一圈华人同学基本都已组好队了，目前状态是2等1，有同学需要签还没找好担保人的吗？

fulltime的能签SO吗？签的话每月补助会多发吗？

This is offer is for both full-time and part-time. It will subsidize your university tuition fees. For NUS-ISS program, it's about 40% of tuition per semester.

请问只有雅思，没有GRE能够申请NUS吗？

Dear Shawn 1943,

Yes, you will need IETLS 6.0. GRE is not required. But, you will need to take our entrance test. https://www.iss.nus.edu.sg/Porta ... trance%20Test_1.pdf

After passing the test, you will be invited to attend interview.

我在国内读硕士现在，想申请的是PhD program,不知道贵院有无此类program呢？
你发的链接似乎是针对Master的。
