People consume less time on the road, which allows them to have more time to rest, sleep earlier and get up late. 想问问为什么是sleep 而不是sleeping呢？求解释~~

省略啊补全之后是 allows them to have more time to rest, (allows them to) sleep earlier and (allows them to) get up late.

解析：后面的sleep earlier 和 get up late其实是废话前面都说了more time to rest 当然就是早睡晚起

另外 LZ在做题的时候不要过分的追求文章的语法看懂意思才是王道老美写的文章即使你觉得语法有问题其实人家的写法也是对的不要过分纠结
