收到KTH邮件：The intake is based on number of available seats and merit no.
Based on the fact that not all students accept the offered seat due to other prio or personal issues the number of accepted students are in the first round is bigger than available seats. In the second round we offer less students a seat based on how many that are left. (based on yes/no answers from round 1)
So if enough students accept from round 1 no other intake from round 2 are conducted. All of this are handled by university admissions.
