For Kant, the fact of having a right and having  the___to enforce it via coercion cannot be sperated, and he asserts that this marriage of rights and coercion is compatible with the freedom of everyone. This is not at all peculiar from the standpoint of modern political thought-what good is a right if tis violation triggers no enforcement (be it punishment or __ )？ The necessity of coercion is not at all in conflict with the freedom of everyone, because this coercion only comes into play when someone has__someone else.

第一空不懂，我自己预想的词是 way；但是RC guide解析上面讲，通过下一句的“the marriage of rights and coercion”预想的词是power or right。怎么也想不明白，不应该是拥有权力和实现权力的方法吗，而且如果对应的是coercion，那第一空后面已经出现了via coercion了啊。

想了一个钟了就是不明白，上网也搜不到答案，求解答~

啊不好意思我忘记写答案了。是license, restitution, violated the rights of.

请问你是怎么选出license的？

郁闷，当时就怀疑是restituion,。。。 :mad:

license就是permission的意思。
对于康德来说，法律可以被强制实施非常重要，他觉得强制实施法律（marriage of rights and coercion) 跟自由不冲突。
那第一个空就是permission, right, possibility 之类的词了。--->选license.

第二空，解析上面说因为是resulting from enforcement，那么应该是bad things，所以就是punishment和restitution。

而第一空，我当时下意识的反应就是，保证强制实施rights的“方法”，所以我当时想的是ways之类的词，但是如果是ways，现在看来的确是跟via重复了
