Dear Candidate:
Please be advised that the Board is unable to determine your eligibility under Section 520.6 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals based on the documents furnished to date. Rule 520.6 (b) (1) requires successful completion of law school study that is at least substantially equivalent in duration to that required under subdivisions (c)(1)(i) and (ii) and (d)(2) of Rule 520.3. If your official transcript does not clearly confirm that your law degree was based on classroom study that is substantially equivalent in duration to the number of credits and hours of instruction as required by Rule 520.3, then it will be necessary for you to provide a written statement from your law school confirming the credits per subject and the total number of hours of instruction time per subject successfully completed during your program of study.
Upon our receipt and review of the required documentation we will gladly advise you of your eligibility. 作者: 小robert 时间: 2015-9-30 05:08:43
之前帖子里有提到过这种情况,好像是学校出个证明,证明你所有的学分都是 in class的作者: 小robert 时间: 2015-9-30 05:11:18
