For your application for PhD study, you are encouraged to apply and you can submit your application materials (including English test scores) through our graduate school website. It will likely be around next March for a decision to be made on whom will be offered the position.
我的情况是刚考完托福月底才能拿到成绩，我选的送分学校有这学校，一般要多长时间ETS才能把成绩单寄送到学校？ 第二轮是不是机会很小？
这个教授之前要了我的cv,成绩单等，然后就没回我，后来我读了他几篇文章给他发邮件提出了感兴趣的问题，这封邮件是他的回复开始是回答了我的问题，接下来就是上面的话。求各位大神指点！
